May I pick and choose among the snacks you offer?
Sure! Please check out our Design Your Own options for men, women, and children first. Many of our other gift boxes also give you the option to also choose from sweet, savory, and mixed snacks.
Can you send a Cheeriodical to a hospital patient?
Yes. However, just like you would with any other hospital gift, please contact the hospital before ordering to confirm the shipping address/room number and to find out whether there are any gift delivery restrictions.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the gift box will arrive (or be delivered by the hospital staff to the patient’s room) prior to the patient being discharged. Picking up of the gift box is the full responsibility of the buyer. UPS will not pick up the package and reship to a new location.
Yikes! The shipping address I entered is wrong. What do I do?
Our Customer Service department is happy to help. We will contact UPS and request an address change (whether they agree to make the change depends on how close the box is to delivery). UPS often charges a change fee to correct an address once a package is in transit. The buyer will be responsible for any UPS change fees.
The person I sent the Cheeriodical to did not receive the exact magazines or snacks listed on the website. Why is this?
We try to provide the products shown on the website. However, on occasion we may have to substitute a snack, magazine or spa product for a similar (of equal or greater value) product.
When will the Cheeriodical arrive?
Cheeriodicals are shipped via UPS ground and UPS second day air. At the bottom of each product page there is a “Check Shipping Availability” section. Enter your zip code and you’ll see the estimated UPS ground delivery date. You may also call our office to discuss estimated delivery dates.
Note that in many locations, UPS does not deliver on weekends or on holidays. Cheeriodicals is not responsible for any delays caused by UPS.
When will my gift ship?
Orders received Monday through Friday before 3:00 pm CST, are shipped the same day the order is received. Orders received after 3:00 pm CST, are shipped the next business day. Cheeriodicals does not ship on holidays or weekends.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
Upon processing, you will receive a shipment confirmation email from UPS listing the shipment details. The email contains a hyperlink to the UPS website where you can request the notifications be sent to other people by adding their email addresses to the notification list.
For example, you may want to add the email address of the person you are sending a Cheeriodical to so they know to expect a package from UPS.
How will I know when my order has been delivered?
Upon delivery, you will receive an email confirmation of delivery from UPS that will provide a link to more information regarding the delivery time and location.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Cheeriodicals usually ship via UPS Ground which does not delivery to PO boxes.
May I send a Cheeriodical to an address outside the United States?
At this time, Cheeriodicals can be delivered to U.S. addresses only, including APOs and FPOs. To place an order to be delivered to an APO / FPO, please contact us via telephone.
