Direct Ship Initiative Impacts Everyone
We understand that because of health risks this season, gathering together as a team is on pause for now. That doesn’t mean the element of giving-back should stop or slow down.
During this stressful time when hospitals are having to restrict patient visitors and patients are feeling more isolated than ever, a dose of cheer goes a long way. With Cheeriodicals’ new “Direct Ship Initiative”, we do all the work. We’ll pack all the gifts (one for each patient in the hospital) with your branding and a personal message from you inside each gift. We’ll ship the gifts directly to the hospital for the hospital staff to pass out to patients on your behalf. We’ll also create a video for you to share with your employees of the gifts being packed and distributed to the patients. This is the perfect way to show that giving back matters now more than ever!

Is there a minimum number of boxes?
Our goal is always to assemble and deliver enough boxes for every child in a hospital or Ronald McDonald House. Likewise, we want to deliver duffel bags to the majority of Veterans in a VA medical facility.
The minimum number of boxes we can help your team assemble is 80 because of how the age groups are divided in a children’s hospital. We want to make sure all ages are covered.
The minimum number of Veterans duffel bags we can help your team assemble is 60, which is generally enough to cover a few VA Medical Center patient units or VA Community Living Centers.
How do we choose where our custom branded Cheeriodicals go?
We will offer a number of preferred organizations that we have already established relationships with. We will lay out all options during our conversation and give all details on each location to help you make a sound and confident decision.
How do the completed boxes get to the hospital?
Once we have assembled and packed all Cheeriodicals, we will coordinate with FedEx Freight to ship your custom branded Cheeriodicals to their locations.
We will handle all logistics needs so you and your team will have zero worries.
How will we get photos of patients with their boxes?
Since the Cheeriodcials’ Direct Ship Initiative is unique, we will coordinate with caregivers and staff to take pictures of as many smiling faces as they can. When we receive the pictures, we will prep and send to you and your team so you can all experience the cheer you helped spread!
