Our Hybrid Team Building Experience creates a unique and memorable experience for different types of participants in different locations. By combining traditional event experiences and technology, your team can have the full Cheeriodicals team building experience without sacrificing attendee numbers. With our Hybrid Experience, your remote team members will not have to worry about missing out on a wonderful event and the on-site attendees can still collaborate with their virtual team members and feel like they have their colleagues by their side.

You select a healthcare facility to benefit or the Cheeriodicals team can coordinate with our multiple partners across the U.S. and help you with your choice.
What’s Comes Next?
Cheeriodicals ships all supplies to your meeting participants:
- On-site participants will have supplies shipped to their meeting site for in-person team building
- Virtual participants will have supplies shipped to their homes for a virtual team building experience while staying connected to their on-site team members.
A Cheeriodicals event facilitator leads the simultaneous team building experience:
- On-site participants will have a facilitator live and in-person at their meeting
- Virtual participants will have the facilitator on video call providing direction
- Completed Cheeriodicals are delivered to your chosen recipient healthcare facility or virtual participants may deliver individually to persons in need locally.
- We incorporate your corporate branding and personal messages in each Cheeriodical.
- We also create a video highlighting the packing process and gift delivery to share with your team and across social media.
